Pet

A collar that reaches you if a pet wanders off

On the street, speed matters. The person holding the animal needs a way to reach you then. The code opens that path, and you can change the text without changing the collar.

A visible phone number, or a form

The animal's name helps the finder settle them. A phone number on a public page can be dialled at once. Anyone who holds a phone to the collar can read that number. That is the trade for speed.

If the number should not travel on the collar, use a private page. The finder writes through the form. Sending the message needs a connection, so with no signal a printed number is still the direct option. Choose according to where the animal actually goes. Both modes are in what to show and what to hide.

What it does not replace

This does not replace a microchip or the ID tag your city requires. It is an extra path for a person who has the animal in front of them and a phone.

Do not write your home address. The finder does not need to know where you live in order to tell you.

Why an engraved phone goes stale

Metal does not edit: change your number, go on holiday, or leave the animal with someone else, and you need a new tag. That number is also readable by anyone in the park and ends up in photos, listings, and spam. A page updates in a minute, and a private page hides it behind a form.

Microchip for the vet, page for the finder

A microchip is read by a professional with a scanner. A page is opened by anyone with a phone, no app needed. They do not compete: one proves, the other reaches you at once.

Comment faire

  1. One page per animal

An internal title with their name, only for you. Free includes one public page. On Pro the cap is your plan's limit.

  2. Decide whether the number is visible

Public with the number if you want a call immediately. Private if the number should reach only the person who writes.

  3. Write one useful sentence

Name, how to get in touch, and a single handling note if you need one. No address.

  4. Stick it flat on the collar

Where it will not spin, with the QR lying flat. On a cat, the same rule: a code a camera can focus on.

Questions fréquentes

Does this work for a cat?
Yes. Same code. On the collar, keep it from spinning and keep the QR flat.
Public page or private?
Public with a phone number if you want a call at once and you accept that the number is visible. Private if the number should reach only the person who writes.
Can I have one page per animal?
Each page is one code. Free includes one public page. On Pro you can have more, up to your plan's limit.

Quand vous savez ce que la page doit dire, créez-la et téléchargez le QR.
